We haven’t heard from Rainbow Six Mobile since the end of July when the development team went on hiatus. Finally, Ubisoft employees broke the silence – they released a teaser in which they indicated the date of the trial run. It turns out that playing Rainbow Six Mobile in many countries will be possible in August.
We anticipate that iOS and Android gamers will be able to log into the Rainbow Six Mobile servers. A VPN may be required, at least the format will be the same as during the open beta, so activation codes and whitelists will not be needed.
There is no exact start date for the Rainbow Six Mobile trial run, but we expect the servers to open by the end of August. Developers from Ubisoft will be able to test new content as well as server load before release.
If the number of bugs and errors during the trial run of Rainbow Six Mobile is small, then the game may be released before the end of 2023. The main thing is not to keep the project in this state for too long, otherwise it will suffer the fate of Just Cause Mobile or Lineage W, which were interesting at the announcement, but then lost their charm and novelty effect.
