Youtuber Mr. Sujano reported that the Android version of the Cemu emulator is not in development. Now the creators of Cemu are working on other things, including the PC version of this emulator.
They stated in the Discord channel that there is no Android port of Cemu yet. Questions about this should be asked in a year, but for now, users of ARM architecture devices (all Android smartphones and tablets) should use Nintendo Switch emulators, instead of Nintendo Wii U. One option is Yuzu or EGG NS.
Recall that Cemu 2.0 was released 1 year ago, when the developers announced this version on Reddit. Such slow development means that they don’t have enough hands – version 2.0 is listed as the latest version on the official website, after that no micro patches were released for Cemu.
Also on the game compatibility page for the PC version of Cemu, it is indicated that only 12% of Nintendo Wii U games are perfect. 40% are playable, and 15% are completely unplayable. This provides an answer to why Cemu for Android has been delayed – there is still a lot of work to be done on the PC version.
